Da gibt es ein einziges Beispiel, das extrem überladen und unverständlich ist. Es läuft nicht mit XeTeX, etc. Mit KOMA arbeitet es auch nicht zusammen, wie eigentlich behauptet wird.
Das hier geht jedenfalls nicht.

Werde wohl doch auf zwei separate Dokumente zurückgreifen müssen.
Auch /usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/doc/latex/moderncv/examples/template.tex läuft nicht out-of-the-box bis gar nicht.
